I don't think so. This would just be Biden taking a crap in the vents of his old office as a "Fuck you" to the company* that fired him.

*Company in this instance are the citizens of the United States. Sorry the rest of the world will most likely have to deal with the, literally, fall out too.

Also might be a way for the goofy Transvestite Generals to keep their jobs for a little while. They might be thinking Trump won't boot them while we're at war.
