Considering the damaged bridge I think this is specifically from the L4D2 campaign 'The Parish' chapter 5 'The Bridge' which acted as the final "story" of the original content. Fun gauntlet run at the end, normally ended up with scrubs getting lost and then punched off into the river by a Tank.
