Involuntary rehabilitation is the answer to many of society's issues.
Street people hooked on drugs & off their meds? 60 days of therapy will help set them straight! Just putting them in jail for 60 days (which rarely happens) helps them some, gets them their meds. But the drugs are still there & they'll go off their meds when they get out.
