I like how we are just supposed to pretend that if you offer something for "free" that people won't just line up to take it, needing or not. Its like when they claim "women don't lie about rape" as if women as a collective just know when its serious and become perfect humans.

Gotham is a literal shithole city, filled with people whose everyday life is a struggle to survive the rampant crime and endless low ability to live because of it. Bringing in more fucking criminals (that's what the word illegal means!) that have even less reason not to join X Villain Gang is probably one of the most retarded ideas possible.

I also like how they made the leader of these "radicals" look like an 18th century Jedidiah Amishman, just to try and drive home how "out of touch" he is.
