Great stuff, but "categorize" is overly broad and would have unintended side effects.

Stupid example, but the National Archives have to keep records of things the President says. That would entail "categorizing" lawful speech of an American citizen (Trump) into "things said by the President" as opposed to the lawful speech of all other American citizens categorized as "things not said by the President."

But I assume the actual EO will be drafted a little more carefully than the video. No complaints about the rest.
