He's dumb, maybe even sociopathic, and the best content he can produce is just pure nuisance. He found a niche, and people are willing to watch and even donate for it. He knows most people are hate-watching his stream, but for him (I'm speculating) views from people watching the stream to hunt his ass down is still views that helps him with the algorithm.
Anyone with a phone can produce content, so you end up with people operating at or below the level of Tom Green and Jackass—but without any self-censorship or filter. He's just one of many, and there are plenty more on the way.
I was going to post to say that a decades-long prison sentence seems excessive when a good, legal, severe ass-beating would do the trick. But honestly, maybe we do need someone made an example of. I don’t know much about Mr. Ismael, but from the little I’ve seen, he seems to be a man with few, if any, redeeming qualities. Sorry, buddy, but you’re gonna have to take one for the team.
