They're deluded enough that there's not really much to be done. Just let them fester in their own idiocy as the rest of the world passes them by. They whittle down their own numbers for us too, making them less and less of an actual threat.

The main thing though is to also make sure to properly weed anyone of this sort out of any positions of influence. IE, education, politics, law enforcement, business/technology, etc.
