What's really, really exciting is, this is after he won. Unless I'm misunderstanding. Is this new, or an old ad that is being resurfaced? ([Ninja] edit: at least according to one person, this is 2023.)
If new...this isn't Campaign Trump, this is President Trump. He's not appealing for votes...he doesn't need them anymore. He's saying what he wants to do. Which means he probably actually does intend to do this. Hot diggitiy damn.
A bunch of this is great. I like #4, and many others.
Not sure how I feel about the last one; I've heard pros and cons. Term limits sound great in theory, until you realize that, if not done with extreme care, it just gives more power to the staffers and "Permanent Washington." I like the idea of fresh blood, but it also means more potential power in the hands of unelected people, since the elected people are getting shuffled more, and you have more people who don't know what they're doing. On the other hand, you can't make things much worse, so I guess give it a shot. Most of the old-timers are some of the worst anyway, so terming them out and letting the people elect new representatives might be for the best.
If the last one comes with banning public sector unions it'd get the job done.
People have no idea, and I mean that, of just how unfathomably corrupt govvies are. The shit I've seen would turn regular people into the Unabomber.
