I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they meant as President...but considering it was election day, probably not what was meant.

Jeez. How can you miss that. Even if you pay no attention whatsoever, and just intend to Vote Blue, you must have seen a sign or two. For Harris/Waltz. There are no Biden signs. How can anyone be surprised?
