Was it? I remember 2014 when it was done automatically for even posting once in KiA prime. Kinda figured it's been like that since... 2014.. omg I'm old.... (crumbles to dust)
I think it wasn't until 2015 that that bot did that.
But it was also openly known that it was against the rules even then, the admins just didn't care.
Also KIAPrime tried to ban everyone who posted on T_D or similar later that year, so you know.
