If I remember correctly, the FCC chair who slapped SNL with this is a Biden appointee. She's the ONLY good thing the Biden admin has ever done because she goes after fucking everyone.

Having her as the one holdover when Trump gets into office would be very useful as she appears to be doing pro-Populist shit like wanting to break up monopolies like Google, and I bet she probably has some things to say about Section 230 protections for PUBLISHERS vs platforms.
