Well, Jesus obviously did not have Judaism as a religion - he was neither a Pharisee nor a Sadducee.
Those were only two of the 2nd temple sects. There were also the Essenes and later, the Zealots and Early Christians all worshiping at the 2nd temple. At least up until the Zealots started a revolt against Rome, getting the temple and every sect except the Christians and Pharasees destroyed.

You are correct. Some allege that Jesus was an Essene, but he was meaningfully different from them as well.
