Imagine being part of a team of like minded people so positive and supporting of each other and putting all your collective effort, devotion, training, and pride into producing something so awful that all of the professionals involved who have any authority over what you do in the future unanimously agree that you will probably NEVER produce anything worth a shit and are better off unemployed.
