Not really, the Korean police WERE actively following him using his streams when he first came there being an ass.

However, now that Koreans are actively trolling and beating him up A LOT, they're turning a blind eye to the whole thing and anytime he tries to file police reports, they bring up all the crimes he may have committed.

So he either leaves on his own or in a casket, either way they don't need to care anymore.
