Oh, now they want to talk statistics! But God forbid we talk Jews, blacks, illegals, or anything.
Also, everything was better back when white men were almost 50%, and did actually run almost everything...so there's that too.
Also, the constant bitching and attacking of some dude for saying maybe we should talk about young men show exactly the attitude toward men, especially young men, and how, yeah, maybe there is an issue with them and their treatment.
If their only response to talking about men is 'no, shut up and go die,' yeah, I'm thinking we don't actually run everything, and there are some serious problems.
Show me where "society caters to men." And "If they don't care about democracy, reproductive healthcare, fascism, housing..." The framing of all of those are gay as fuck, and young men absolutely care about housing and, although I'd argue terms and definitions, for the sake of argument they care about "democracy" and "fascism." They even often care about "reproductive healthcare," just...not always in the Correct way.
I wish these people were evil (and many are), it would make it easier than them just being brainwashed idiots. I hate their attitudes with a passion. I can't bring myself to hate them, because I believe that they believe what they're spouting. If that's the reality you live in, and what you believe are facts...of course you'd be dismissive of 'spoiled young white men.' The problem isn't that they're evil (again, some are though!), it's that they're utterly detached from reality, and working on a different set of "facts."
I blame education, "social justice/feminist/etc." movements, and active communist subversion...although that's basically saying the same thing three times. It's so frustrating, because there's no easy answer to the problems we face as a society right now. It's also unprecedented in all of human history - not in its entirety, we've certainly had parallels - but the advance of technology has changed the positions, and made the problems much more global.
Or even just generational differences. It's the young men getting fucked over, the old boomers are happy to buss them for good boy points while retaining their own position. The stats for young men are even worse than you'd think.
