Eh, go by the more restrictive ones in the US where I believe it's 4-6 weeks, 1 week seems too draconian without the moral infrastructure set up.

Yeah, home pregnancy tests aren't necessarily even very accurate until 3 weeks, depending on the cycle. Identifying a pregnancy within 1 week is not gonna happen most of the time.
