Disney, Soyny, EA, Ubisoft, M$, etc. Pick your major company that has gone woke and ended up losing hundreds of millions on various gay and brown boondoggles.
A company is made up of various levels from the mail room intern to the Board of Directors, CEO, and so on. My question is, is there a disconnect in some of these companies between the people pushing wokism and the ones making the big company defining positions, and if so, where? We know that many of the same people sit on the Board for multiple big companies at once. Someone can be on the Board of Directors for Exxon, Walmart, Disney, etc all at the same time. How often are these obscenely rich and usually very old people actually paying attention to how well their company runs and whether or not their plans are planning out? Are many of them simply spending most of their time golfing and schmoozing and enjoying being rich while getting a briefing from underlings a few times a year? These underlings being the ones who keep telling them "trust us, leftism is the way of the future. Look at all of the metrics from Twitter, Reddit, etc. Look at all of these articles from Vanity Fair, IGN, Hollywood Reporter, etc. Losing 420 million on that last project was just a fluke caused by bad actors who are the minority, trust us, it'll work" and these old rich people being totally disconnected from their own markets have no idea what they average normal people want, so they just follow advice from all the communists who have weaseled their way into mid level advisory positions. Or are even the people at the very top fully aware that their market hates what they're selling and they want to cram it down their throats anyways? I am fully convinced that Bill Gates wants to murder hundreds of millions of people. I am fully convinced Kathleen Kennedy hates men and is gleefully tearing down things she knows men enjoyed on purpose. But are they all like that? If you could spend 10 minutes alone with the top decision makers at CDPR, Ubisoft, Warner Brothers, etc, and you could make the case that like 95% of their paying customers hate what they're doing and want to but good products again, would that decision makers know you're telling the truth but keep on destroying their companies in an attempt to poison the things you like on purpose, or would they be shocked and in disbelief as this is the first time anyone has actually told them what their market wants? Are they insulated and oblivious old rich people who are being manipulated by their advisors, or are they willingly complicit?
I've explained this before. The disconnect is Public Relations, Marketing, and Human Resources. This Woke Triumvirate in corporate America can absolutely destroy the C-suite because it blinds the executives to all outside information.
It starts with Marketing. The largest Advertising organizations in the US are advertising holding companies that monopolize all advertising you see on radio, television, and the internet; at the direction of US intelligence agencies. As such, to even find employment in Marketing, you will be subjected to their advertiser guidelines. This is what YouTube keeps talking about. The top five companies on Earth set the advertiser guidelines for everyone, because they can personally pull the ads of hundreds of different companies at will. This means that the marketing department of a company is either a) subservient to Leftist doctrines, b) acting on behalf of Leftist doctrines. There is no 3rd position. This is where you get marketing studies coming out of the industry explicitly claiming that 99.99999% of all people under the age of 35 are rabid communists and 10% white. They literally tell them all possible income in the future can only come through Leftist rhetoric and diversity. There are zero people in the industry that will disagree publicly or privately. They have literal mountains of BS evidence on their side where they show that profits will spike a minimum of 30% if a troon updoots on Reddit.
So, this is when Human Resources jumps in. This, too, is a captured institution because the political Left subverted labor movements over 150 years ago, and this is a continuation of that. These are the primary aggressors of woke subversion. They agree with everything Marketing just said, and then dump more fake stats into the mix. Everything the Boomer or Gen X CEO believes is no longer America. It's all gone. All prospective employees are Antifa, and there is no possible for their old white people brains to communicate with the kids anymore. So, HR needs LOTS of funding to manage all hiring, firing, compensation, and promotion decisions in every department. Even better: that same troon that updooted? Hire zim and profits will increase by 30% within one quarter. It's an undisputable fact, here's an infographic of a dozen fake studies. Once HR gets clearance to make all compensation and employment decisions over other departments, the company should be considered fully captured, and purges will begin.
Public Relations will then chime in. They crawl out of incestuous piss-hole of journalists and activist blogers, bleeding from the eyes, and vomiting shit out of their mouth; and proceed to explain that because of the near 100% Antifa political affiliation of everyone under the age of 35, and their aggressive presence on social media, rabid Communist virtue signaling is the literal only option to survive in a public space. They can either staple black squares to their foreheads and publicly condemn cisgender heteronormativity (which the CEO has never heard of), or they will lose all of their advertisers, all of their recruiting pool, and any favorable coverage and be blacklisted from the industry. The only way to fix this is for the CEO to hire all of the PR guy's friends from college, and potentially pay for favorable stories, using all the new "initiatives" that HR just recommended.
HR then jumps back in for the killing blow. A lot of this is new information to the CEO, and he's clearly not as well informed as all of these people, whom he's hired to be knowledgeable in the first place. So, good news! HR happens to know some DIE C-Suite specific seminars and retreats that will go over all of this new information. It's very expensive, very pretty, and very comfortable. And best of all, you'll memorize all of this new and exciting information about diversity once you've been groomed and assimilated; just like the HR guy was at the LGBTQ2SIA+ summer camp he went to when he was 13. It will be (and this is not a joke) at least a full 6 week course, every day, in the retreat for 8-12 hours a day. Then, of course, leisure time afterwards where more grooming can occur.
This conversation in the C-Suite has happened thousands of times. The Social Justice Racket makes millions of dollars doing this. This is how the executives make suicidal decisions. They've never heard one bit of information that would suggest to them that "diversity is NOT their greatest strength'. In fact they've been told that diversity is the ONLY strength, and they've been groomed to repeat it for weeks on end, in yearly retreats, from people they trust, with made up evidence. And to be clear, this is being done by rabid communists who want to overthrow capitalism. So, the people they trust and are grooming them are the people who want to set them on fire and burn their children alive.
The level of subversion is real, and this is why we are facing so much institutional resistance to what is effectively raw popular opinion. The executives are intentionally pulled into an echo-chamber and made to be isolated from everyone else.
Reminds me of how Stalin was able to seize control of the USSR. Got himself appointed to a position with very little practical power, except for one. He got to choose who was appointed to a ton of lower level party positions all across the country. He chose people who were exclusively loyal to himself, and once he had a critical mass of supporters in hundreds of mid and low ranking party roles all over the USSR, he was basically able to tell those above him "I'm in charge now, and there's nothing you can do about it. All of "our" minions are actually my minions".
Yup. General Secretary just means that. Secretary. He was the one who eliminated the President position. Premier of the Soviet Union was also never supposed to be the leader. When Kruschev assumed power, he was personally the head of, like, 13 different departments. The Soviet System was a publicly fake system because the whole thing actually relied on fraud and intrigue. You didn't officially know who was in charge until they proved it themselves.
