When Will The New York Times Correct Its Flawed Reporting on ‘Unmarked Graves’?
The same reporter who helped spark Canada’s 2021 social panic has published a new article walking back his original errors—but those mistakes remain uncorrected on the Times’ website.
Meh, as far as im aware every single church that burned had been empty for a very long time.
Sure maybe a few shit heads here and there, but I got to wonder if the community wasnt burning them down on purpose to claim insurance money.
It takes alot of energy and money to upkeep something like a church when no one is even using it. I cant imagine to many people would be upset watching a old empty building burn while the priests are still out today diddling little kids.
:shrugs:
Nope, almost all were active churches, with congregations & such. Only a few were not in use.
There were only 12 arrests & only 2 convictions reported: a mentally ill woman which was unrelated to the 'graves' and a kid.
33 churches burned that summer, 2 were ruled accidents and 24 were confirmed to be arson, +5 suspected arson. 14 were utterly destroyed, fire & vandalism hit 80+ churches nation wide.
Justin egged them on, saying how their actions were "fully understandable". How disgusting is that guy, eh?
