There is more to it than that. Every explosive in the casing has to detonate at exactly the same time to properly compress the core. This means taking everything like the length of each wire into account and delaying signals to specific sections so that they are timed perfectly. It is not easy to do.
If they are off by even a bit, it just becomes a dirty bomb.
But you are right that enrichment is the biggest hurdle.
