I think one of the worst parts is that they are taking testosterone. Honestly, if they decided to eat proper beef every week they'd probably get better results.
Yep.... which is why I have been trying so hard to keep moving since I cant work anymore. Ever since my phosphorous depleted out a few years back and I cant get it back up.
Hard to run though, which is my preferred exercise, if the oxygen isnt going into your blood. I almost ended up in a ditch one day because I couldnt catch my breath. Never experienced anything like it before. Feels like asthma or copd but doctors keep saying im fine lmao. But they cant explain the low phosphorous or the four times parathyroid hormone.
They just shrug their shoulders. Ive had blood tests done about 20 times in the last 4 years, with zero progress.
Same shit happened to my grandpa, he had heart problems at the age of 70 and spent the last 5 years of his life in bed.
My dad retired at 62 and just sat in his chair for 2 years until he passed away.
Keep moving if living is really important to you lmao.
Interestingly enough this mentions something that has always fascinated me too.
"A common trade-off for males both across and within species is between mating strategies. One reproductive approach is short-term, investing time and energy in attracting and pursuing many mates, and fighting off competition. Another approach is long-term, investing energy in raising offspring with a single mate."
I am definetly of the second approach. Very cautious, never do anything thats going to give me a good chance of ending in the grave. Hell I took pretty good care of my body and heart my entire life, only to get poisoned by some asshole so he could make a few extra dollars that year. Fucking insanity. Treated like Im just making it all up by wcb to save the taxpayers a few dollars lmao. God damn, makes me so fucking bitter. Ill never get over WCB telling me 170/110 resting blood pressure is normal. May they burn in hell.
The study used a simple proxy for social and sexual competition by pitting athletic young men against each other to see who was the most powerful rower.
"Victory in a rowing contest strongly implies the possession of greater physical strength than the opponent, a trait found to be valued by women in our evolutionary past when choosing a mate," said Longman.
He took saliva samples to test hormone levels before and after the races. A number of psychological questionnaires were also administered, designed to gauge self-esteem, 'sociosexuality' (willingness to engage in casual sex), 'self-perceived mate value' and mating behaviour (e.g. the likelihood of approaching attractive women). Crucially, Longman and colleagues then manipulated the results of the races.
The men who believed they had won received an average testosterone increase of 4.92%, while those convinced they had lost dropped by an average of 7.24%. Overall, men who thought they were winners had testosterone levels 14.46% higher their deflated opponents.
Again, im sure exercise is part of it, but if you really want to raise up your testosterone, compete against other men!

That was a female to male troon. The dudes literally just need to hit the gym and their t levels would double with how low they are
YT SUPREMACY
A 30 minute walk in a park each day could double their test easily.
A sedentary lifestyle does a huge number on the endocrine system.

I know excecise helps "stimulate" alot of things.
But just hanging with other guys can raise your testosterone.
Something something about being challenged.
