Netflix has released the trailer for its upcoming documentary featuring actor Will Ferrell taking a road trip with his "best friend" who is "transitioning" to a woman.

Some guy no one knows is pretending to be a woman since his small amount of fame has faded, which is somehow unique enough to require a movie.
