Wow!

I guess I'm a snob then because I like my writers to think. I don't care much about anything else about them. They can be any colour, gender, height, weight and be as physically capable or not as they are (Or wish to be). But they do need to have imagination to bring their thoughts through to their readers.

I guess it will cancel out the lower and mid-tier ones. I don't think anyone will notice.
