I do love the idea of "real" trannies getting mad at "fake" trannies stepping onto their turf.

That's an old turf war. Truscum vs tucutes (or however it was spelled) was a huge battle for like a decade on tumblr while the tranny movement was still underground. The medically diagnosed thought you had to have gender dysphoria to be a tranny, while others said you could just "feel it" and you became one.

Once trannies went mainstream and dysphoria straight up got removed as a mental illness it went away, but it was always lurking in the background between those who try really hard to pass and the ogres with long hair.
