Like, all areas of Louisiana have some amount of niggerdom and all the crime ridden retardation of the South. But Nola is a special breed and I am beginning to think Katrina was created in a government lab to have an excuse to spread those Mongrels to every corner of the country.
They destroyed my hometown within a few weeks of being there, and we were barely 45 minutes away from them (thereby used to a lot of that shit). I can only imagine how a bunch of less ready, white-bread towns dealt with them.

Also, I think the Katrina re-homing or what ever they called it was largely an exercise in moving shit people in to stable places. Shortly after it was mandated that everywhere had to offer multi-family housing. So you end up with places like the OP.
