In my last paragraph, I'm not talking about back then during WWII though, I'm talking about today. The rest of the world has fundamentally not changed.

AFAIK for US soldiers, rape was ground for being court martialed during WWII already, which wasn't a bad thing.

That part I agree on, treat animals as animals, humans as humans.

If you have a group of mammals going round, aggressively attacking people and even killing and raping, why are you applying human rights? Should be an animal control issue.
