ALL those 'charges' can easily apply to Zuckerberg and whoever runs Google/YouTube....except 2 which I bet is the REALLY important one.
Yeah all those charges are just what they use to blackmail the others. They all obviously bent over and let the government have whatever they want.
I don't know that 10-11 would either. Nothing Meta does is aimed at ensuring confidentiality. For 12, they're probably good little compliance drones with all the paperwork in order. After all, that's how you ensure regulatory capture.
