So there's 17 ships that are just stuck at port because they can't recruit enough thanks to leftist advertising and leadership.

The main reason is declining White population and the vilification of the shrinking pool of young White males. This is bad for army recruitment.

Few people would die for Soul-less Economic Zone A-2.
