Is this one of those awkward situations when the reason it's banned is because you're promoting a competing service on there using that hashtag?

Saying this mostly as Elon ain't the biggest lover of the EU currently..

Given Musk's attitude about external links since acquiring Twitter that would make more sense if this was in place long before the current Telegram incident.
