Didn't a bunch of former RAF pilots go off to be training instructors for China because:

They paid well
The RAF forced them out for more 'diversity'

I'd say there are better paychecks to get elsewhere, like joining a PMC is better than joining Central European militaries, except Switzerland, they have the whole hidden fortress mentality..
