Considering that schools were straight up saying that they were going to just find other ways to do it anyway after the SC ruling, anyone who thinks it isn't still happening is naive.
Just like with every other racialist program, there's going to be "true believers" that are literally going to use every bureaucratic weapon at their disposal to make sure it doesn't end.
There's probably recruiters at MIT that now straight refuse to talk to Asians and Whites at this point, specifically because they believe they need to correct the schools policy against the actions of the court.
