I'm assuming they are still using the power + prejudice = racism to deny being racist. Whities are racist by existing.
They've taken it a step further and hardly bother talking about prejudice or power anymore. Now, the unspoken working definition is simply that White = racist. They won't say it directly, but they will say all Whites are racist and that non-Whites can't be racist.
