Lesbian? I think they are trying to go much further. Similar to the recent visual "updates" in Pokémon Go and the upcoming Fable character leaks, these marginally feminine androhumans are meant to evoke a reaction from the trans community.

To twist a phrase, "Put a dude in it and make him a her!"
