Rumble completely left the French market rather than comply with government demands. Can't remember specifics, may have been over demands to censor RT. Though France was a very small slice of their marketshare.

The problem would be that for Ofcom & Starmer, Rumble refusing to comply by pulling out of the larger UK market would still be a win.
