I saw citizen journalism footage of the same night The Clumsy Swan in Birmingham was surrounded and the White patron on the patio was gang beaten.

A beat cop standing down away from the scene claimed that roving Muslim gangs and gang beatings were nothing but a "scuffle you'd see on any Saturday night" and they weren't pursuing or following up because the offenders had already moved on.

I don't think the beat cop was intentionally making the ironic statement that he thought he was.
