It looks like the other fighter isn't a tranny and is actually intersex. They shouldn't be allowed to compete, but this is a bit different than the tranny stuff.
It later emerged that the disqualification was due to high levels of testosterone.[7][8] International Boxing Association president Umar Kremlev said DNA testing of Khelif and other athletes "proved they had XY chromosomes and were thus excluded from the sports events".[9] Khelif is not transgender, but has a disorder of sex development (DSD), which causes some females to have XY chromosomes and blood testosterone levels typical of a male.[10][11] In Algeria, the country that Kheliff represents, transgender identity is prohibited, changing gender or sex on identity documents is not permitted, nor are medical or hormonal treatments allowed to transition to another sex.
Intersex conditions are actually physiological conditions, one of which is people born with XY chromosomes but also having bobs and vagene. Of course it's possible this is actually a tranny dude, but he would have had to deceive the Algerian government to get this far. Trannies love abusing the existence of intersex people even though tranny identity is definitively dualist and immaterial as opposed to the physical conditions of intersex people.

I doubt Algeria would care if it gets them a medal. I saw the intersex claim too, but like you said, the boxer at best would still not qualify based on testosterone levels alone.

It's possible the Algerians are just cheating.
