White women voting records have remained consistent.

You're right. They've consistently voted for Republican Presidents since the 50s (when data collections starts) except for JFK and Bill Clinton (96 only).

And they’ve consistently become more democrat each generation. Realistically the trend of white women majority republican for president will end with this generation.
