SUGGEST A COUPLE UNIMPEACHABLE NAMES FOR NEW MOD, THEN WE CAN DISCUSS PROS AND CONS

I've posted lists. You can literally just search by age. Anyone still around and active is probably trustworthy.

I've said multiple times I'd rather not mod but, yes, I would if no one else wants to. And I think I'd do a good job, since I have no interest in imposing my will here.

Most of those aren't sockpuppets. A few (obvious) sockpuppets then pop up to distract by asking for mod themselves, but the base concerns are real.

Don't care. I'm just stating my opinions, and I do think they're correct, or I wouldn't say it. Dom has failed, time and again. He's had every opportunity to appoint someone, or fix the filters, and he hasn't. We have, as has been mentioned, had week long stretches where really vile shit has stayed up. That's not a competent mod. He can stay head mod...but something obviously has to change.

It doesn't help that when he shows up, like tonight, he often acts like a complete retard. Hardly inspires confidence. He takes shit personally, but won't take responsibility, and wants to act like everything is fine.

Again, I disagree with his core issue/accusation but I see why he’d feel upset by the longtime members being so willfully blind to what’s happening.

He's accused me and others of bullshit in the past. This isn't an isolated incident.

I and other have provided lists of long time members. Literally, really, adding any of those people would make the place better and, if it didn't...he could always immediately remove them again.

Dom can stay at the top spot. Obviously, since he runs the show. There's no reason not to appoint another mod or two to deal with spam.
