I was "redpilled" to a large degree by Asha Logos, and his idea is to lead people to the truth by meeting them halfway. You can't just jump to the end, you have to show people your thinking step by step. Having a genuine concern for others and letting them decide to change their mind is better than pressuring them into something they don't really believe.
