I'm honestly not convinced that he signed that paper, and even if he did, I'm not sure he understood what he was signing. If any of his staff had even an ounce of integrity they'd call it out for the coup that it is, because as terrible as Joe Biden is, he's still actually the fucking president (asterisk) of the US, at least to the Democrats.

This regime has never appeared legitimate, from the fake press room, to the 13' high steel fences, to the edited transcripts, to the WH saying that Biden didn't know what he was talking about, so on and so forth.

This whole thing has been very soviet in style. It is not a surprise that this happened while Joe Biden was being held in quarantine. He still may not know he's not running. This is exactly the kind of thing that happened to several soviet leaders. Hell, I think this is part of what happened to Gorbachev. Wasn't he out sick somewhere when the military coup declared he died or something?
