just know that archive.org is known for deleting "problematic" archives
ghostarchive failed to archive it, archive.ph is blocked in europe because shenanigans and needs VPN for access, wayback machine seem able to archive PDF no problem, but wayback machine is not 100% safe.

this is undeniable proof that the UN has officially considered replacement migration. nobody can deny that the UN has at least considered it.
if the argument is about whether the UN is actively engaging in replacement migration, then this is a great piece of evidence but it is not proof.
