I don't know who Tucker is interviewing here, but in this 2:21 clip he says something that has been percolating in the back of my mind:
There has been an alignment, the last 3 days, that all point to the fact that Trump is in all but name the next President. Elon and Bill Ackerman very publicly declare unthroated support for Trump. Trump basically tells Biden to give JFK USSS protection, and Biden agrees. Am I crazy? Am I really seeing this?
I'm going to watch the entire interview tomorrow, when it posts, as this looks like an interesting conversation.
Even before these events, there was more and more evidence that the establishment actually wants Trump this time around. Not because he's "their guy," necessarily, but because the Musk/Thiel side of the elite have been gaining traction arguing that there has to be some appeasement to populism before ordinary people's resentment boils over.
How do you mean gaining traction? As far as I'm aware, the global elites have maintained their opinions and willingness to force their will onto the increasingly weary public. Or else, when was the condition of current public distrust specified to the global elites?
The elite is not a monolith, especially not now when we're undergoing a paradigm shift. Societal change only ever occurs through a revolution of the elites, not a popular revolution. Trump, Musk, Thiel and others like them represent the faction of the elite who oppose the WEF neoliberal establishment, and the amount of support their ideas now have means more and more of the old guard are realizing that they can't put the genie back in the bottle.
I still don't see where that realization is taking place. I won't ask for names and quotes because realistically, no one is going to publicly voice that kind of change of heart unless they have little left to lose from peers or investors. Rather, where is the change in funding populist causes or candidates, or those of globalists?
