Well, I do .22 comp shoots at 50 yards, so I disagree (respectfully, of course). At 130 yards on a hot day he will be contending with the mirage effect, lying prone on a hot tin roof, under intense pressure to aim in a short time window, while other snipers are literally pointed his direction. He also had to estimate the range and dial in by feel for any potential bullet drop, which does matter IMO as millimeters did (as we can see) matter, barrel heat can also play a factor.... Theres so many factors at play, and he only had, realistically, one attempt. Is it possible he had zero training and managed to make everything perfectly come together through sheer skill? Sure. Is it probable? Call me a sceptic.
It's such a basic shot that he doesn't really need training to practice making it. And to be clear, making it worse shots when his first one was his best one.
