It was a dude who climbed up a roof behind the rally and had a clear shot with a rifle from around 150 yards away. Secret service fucked up big time, intentionally or unintentionally. Eye witness account is circulating on Twitter saying people were frantically pointing the shooter out to police for a couple minutes before he fired.
