It's not there because the Left-Right dichotomy was invented in the French Revolution. The Left represent the Jacobin Rousseauians and the Right represents the anti-Jacobin Rousseauians.

Lockean (American) Liberals, Millan (English) Liberals, Smithian Liberals, and anti-Liberals (Monarchists & Theocrats) were never part of the framework.

And yes, that group of which you speak is the Rousseauians and the Socialists.
