I still can’t believe he ran for president in the first place, given that his family was in crisis in 2018

They're removing Obama's part in this from the narrative. He got the rest of the fucking party to drop out of the race so that Biden could win after Harris got smoked by Tulsi, and they didn't want Sanders to win.
