They think all that about blacks even more than any other group does. More than actual Klansman.

Since their core ethos is Niceness rather than Merit or Effort or anything that makes sense for civilization they believe putting them in jobs they're not capable of and patronizing them is the right thing to do.

"You did it Joe, you answered all the questions!" is how they treat blacks.
