The memory holing has been as absolute as can be on this one. The only videos still up at around the time are Piers Morgan, The Amazing Atheist and Steve Shives but I saw Alec, at Sandy Hook, with his bullhorn and riling those who were grieving and coming to terms with the massacre by Adam Lanza.

It was a bad call, these things unfortunately happen. The court siding with Boeing is far worse.

But two bad calls are still bad calls regardless of how they are compared.
