I don't even disagree about Mother Gothel from Tangled. Every time I watch that movie I remark that she's one big Jewish stereotype. The explanation is probably closer to home though. Hollywood is super Jewish, and Jewish moms are notoriously selfish, vain, and manipulative. Everyone who worked on that film probably has a mom just like that. Jews just used to have a better sense of humor about themselves.
