Democrat urban and youth vote has always been illusory. I was a Democrat activist for a couple years and never voted once, and neither did anyone I know. Too much of a hassle. Oh sure we went to anti Bush protests and shit, but I was far more interested in meeting girls. I certainly never saw a stampede of blacks or Mexicans at the polls.
