Exactly. Which means any "online verification" is pretty much worthless and anyone being reasonable wouldn't trust it.

Maybe legally its binding for Twitch's protection, but the good Dr. and anyone else shouldn't rest on it to not ask their own verification. Which if its getting flirty it is far less wrong to ask to see them on cam.
